- Applicants must be *an IRWA member, or a family member of a current member of the IRWA, who is in good standing. (The term “family member” shall include the spouse, son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, grandchildren or great-grandchildren.)
*All college applicants shall be granted a student membership paid in full by Chapter 11.
- Applicants must be enrolled as full-time undergraduates or postgraduates, or a high school student accepted as a full-time student for the next school year.
- Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Here’s all you need to do to apply: (minimum criteria)
- Submit an original transcript, course credit information, and complete a written essay on what your plans and goals are in the right-of-way field.
- Prepare a member application form and a scholarship application form as provided on this site.
The recipient of the chapter award shall be submitted to the international competition held in June for a purse of $5,000.
Submittals are due no later than November 1st!
Chapter 11 Scholarship Program is looking for eligible applicants who are majoring in the right-of-way profession and/or public works administration, or in real estate, civil engineering, law, property management business and public administration. Please note this program does not apply to commercial investment majors.
