What do you think about our chapter converting to a July1 to June 30th fiscal year system, rather than our current calendar year model?  Essentially, officers would be elected in spring and take office July 1st.  The installation portion of the Holiday Party would be moved to probably June.  This would conform more closely to the election and installation of international officers and committees.
