The Water Authority is seeking applications from qualified applicants to fill one regular full-time Right of Way Manager position in the Engineering Department.    THE POSITION: Under administrative direction of the Engineering Department executive, provides coordination with other engineering section managers; plans, organizes, directs and implements comprehensive strategies and programs for the survey, acquisition, management and/or disposition of rights-of-way and real property in support of the Authority’s Capital Improvement Program and on-going operations; and performs related duties as assigned. See full job description at www.sdcwa.org.   QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES: Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in engineering, public or business administration, or a closely related field; and at least ten years of progressively responsible experience in the acquisition, management and disposition of real property, at least five of which were in a management or supervisory capacity.
